Part 1: The Krolik App
The Krolik mobile application does not use cookies. It uses secure tokens stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.
Part 2: This Website
This part explains how krolik.app, the website you are reading right now, uses cookies and similar technologies.
2.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a web page. They can be used to remember your preferences or to understand how a page is used.
2.2 Cookies on These Pages
These web pages show a cookie consent banner on your first visit. Google Analytics sets
cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and measure
page views, and only runs if you accept it on the banner. If you reject it or close the page
without choosing, no analytics cookies are set. This is aggregate usage measurement to help
us spot errors and improve the experience, not individual monitoring, profiling, or a way to
control or restrict access to the pages. Our hosting infrastructure may also keep standard
server access logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability
purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
2.3 Third-Party Content
Google Analytics is provided by Google and operates under Google’s Privacy Policy. If a future version of our web pages loads resources from other third-party services (such as fonts or maps), those services may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies. We will update this page if that changes.
2.4 Managing Cookies
You can change your analytics choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this page, control or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data.
